Use Artorias Private Client. Artorias Private Client is a specialized division
of Artorias, Inc. that provides bespoke intelligence, advisory, and analytical
services to select private individuals, family offices, and institutions
(“Clients”). In providing these services, Artorias Private Client may collect,
process, and analyze certain categories of personal and organizational
information to deliver lawful, ethical, and tailored intelligence solutions.
Information We Collect In the course of Private Client engagements, we
may collect: • Client-provided data, such as identification details, contact
information, professional background, and materials voluntarily supplied to
facilitate an engagement; • Publicly available data, including information
derived from open-source intelligence (OSINT) and legally accessible public
records; and • Analytical data, derived from internal systems and lawful
third-party providers, used to generate risk assessments, briefings, or
reports relevant to the Client’s objectives. We do not collect information
through unlawful means, covert surveillance, or intrusive data-acquisition
methods. How We Use Information Information processed within Artorias
Private Client is used solely to: • Conduct due diligence, strategic
assessments, and advisory analyses in accordance with the Client’s
authorization; • Maintain communication and operational coordination with
the Client; • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and ethical
obligations; and • Improve the precision, security, and quality of Artorias’
intelligence systems. We do not sell, lease, or share personal information
with unaffiliated third parties for marketing or unrelated commercial
purposes. Data Security and Retention All Private Client information is
stored in secure, access-restricted environments that meet or exceed
industry standards for encryption and operational security. Data is retained
only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected,
comply with legal requirements, or as otherwise outlined in the applicable
engagement agreement. Confidentiality Due to the sensitive nature of
Private Client engagements, all information shared between the Client and
Artorias is treated as strictly confidential. Access to such data is limited to
authorized Artorias personnel under non-disclosure obligations. Legal Basis
for Processing Artorias processes Private Client information under one or
more of the following legal bases: • The Client’s explicit consent; • The
necessity to perform a contract or pre-contractual measures; • Artorias’
legitimate interest in providing secure, accurate, and effective intelligence
services; or • Compliance with legal obligations under applicable law. Client
Rights Depending on jurisdiction, Clients may have the right to access,
correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data. Requests to

purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer
than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal
information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not
possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in
backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate
it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications
include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your
privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities
monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for
recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not
currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that
automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for
online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you
about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT
signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for
recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Request Verification
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you
are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will
only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or
authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the
information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional
information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraudprevention
